New Clients Welcome. I work with individuals, couples, families, and groups who feel caught in repeating patterns in their thoughts, emotions, or relationships. Many struggle with anxiety, grief, intrusive thoughts, addiction, or ongoing conflict with partners, family members, or children. They may have spent years trying to understand themselves or each other but still feel stuck. They are often ready to move beyond insight alone and approach these patterns in a new, more effective way, especially in how they relate to themselves and one another.

My work is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and relational psychotherapy. I help clients understand the parts of themselves that developed in response to life experiences and how these shape current patterns. With a background in mediation, I also bring a strong understanding of relational dynamics and conflict.
I promise to listen without judgement and support you but that doesn't mean I won't gently challenge you. Anxiety Support Group
From Insight to Change: Anxiety & Overthinking Group. Do you find yourself feeling mentally exhausted, replaying conversations, anticipating worst-case scenarios, or trying to “figure it out” but getting nowhere. This group is for people who are ready to move beyond insight and begin responding to anxiety differently. Location: Belleville (in-person), Group size: 4–6 ppl. Duration: 6 weeks.
