About
I offer a welcoming, safe and supportive environment to explore areas that you identify: stress, anxiety, work difficulties, grief and loss, life transitions, school or parenting challenges. Drawing on evidence-based modalities and grounded in strengths-based, whole person perspectives, our work together will take the time that you need to realize your therapeutic goals.
Clients usually identify feelings of relief after our first session; finding that the opportunity to be deeply listened to and experience new insights leave them feeling hopeful that meaningful change is possible. As a lifetime practitioner of yoga and mindfulness based living, I can offer many effective strategies for reducing anxiety and stress.
A past long time (7 years) volunteer home visitor with St. Joseph's Hospice, London ON, I offer knowledge and meaningful support for clients experiencing grief and loss. Recent certification in Jungian dreamwork supports clients who have an interest in exploring their dreams. I invite you to contact me for a free 15 minute consultation.
