Hello, my name is Lynn, and I am a registered Social Worker. I have been practicing since 2006. I provide counselling services for adults, adolescents, and children. My experience includes supporting people who are facing life threatening illness, the loss of a loved one, anxiety, depression, addictions, and trauma. In May of 2022 I received my certificate in EMDR, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy. With EMDR I am able to help my clients relieve psychological stress and trauma.
Sometimes in life we could use that supportive environment when another person holds space for us without judgement. A place to work through struggles and traumas. I believe in meeting clients were they are at, and letting them tell me their story. My counselling approach is person-centered and draws on my clients' strengths.
