My counselling style is guided by my core values of gentle curiosity, deep compassion, authenticity and open-mindedness. I recognize that our social structures and ideas of self impact our lived experiences and how we uniquely navigate the world, working from a social justice and trauma-informed lens. My diverse background and playful humour allows me to connect with people from all walks of life, and I welcome anyone who feels like I may be a fit.

My areas of focus are with the queer community, youth, and adults navigating their self-identity, life transitions, trauma, and interpersonal relationships. I integrate various techniques and modalities to tailor each session to you, drawing particularly on attachment-based and emotion-focussed therapy.

I believe that therapy is life changing but can also be light-hearted at times. Counselling is a collaborative process rooted in safety - my goal is to support you with warmth and respect as you deepen your understanding of self, identify the needs behind your emotions, and explore paths to reach goals in ways that align with your values.
