With over 25 years of experience as a Registered Social Worker, I provide personalized, trauma-informed, strengths-based support for individuals and families. I specialize in ADHD, advocacy, and helping neurodivergent families navigate complex education, health care, and community systems. I believe knowledge is empowering and healing begins with acceptance, compassion, and understanding. Whether you're facing mental health challenges, life transitions, grief, or personal growth, I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you will be heard, respected, and supported. I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey.
I have extensive experience supporting individuals with ADHD, helping neurodivergent families navigate school systems, access accommodations, and develop IEPs. I am with Trent University's 2026 Community Research. Project 6456 aims to learn if increasing caregivers' knowledge of the special education system and human rights improves educational outcomes.
I take a thoughtful, trauma-informed, strengths-based approach. Creating a nurturing therapeutic relationship is my priority. I welcome you to schedule a discovery call to learn more about my approach and secure your place on my waitlist. If you are interested in learning about ADHD in a supportive group setting, please see my Lynn Galeazza Group Profile.

Groups
Psychoeducational Group for Caregivers and Youth
Groups provide personalized guidance, practical education, and a supportive community for parents, caregivers, and youth navigating Ontario's school system. Whether the parent of a child with ADHD, executive functioning challenges, or co-occurring conditions, or a student in Grades 8–12 with special education needs, these groups build confidence, knowledge, and advocacy skills. Parents and caregivers are empowered to advocate confidently, while youth develop the self-advocacy skills needed to participate in decisions about their education. To ensure a safe and meaningful experience for everyone, participants are asked to commit to attending and sign a confidentiality agreement.
