Do you feel lost? Stuck? Overwhelmed? Deciding to seek counselling services can be a difficult first step towards positive life changes. We all struggle at different stages in our lives and all need support sometimes - you are not alone. Everyone has strengths and skills that are just waiting to be utilized! I work from a strength-based, positive, person-centred approach and strive to provide an ethical, professional and effective therapeutic experience to all clients. I believe in the power of the individual and will work with you on your journey to living your best life.

Together we will discover the most powerful and strongest version of you. My main areas of practice are depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, addiction, grief/loss, relationship conflict and life transitions. A canine co-therapist can also help us to discover strengths and develop new skills.

A variety of counselling formats are available to remove any barriers to accessing support including e-counselling and in-office sessions and evening/weekend appointments. Self-directed video workshops on anxiety, depression and anger awareness also available. Connect with me today to begin your journey to a happier you!
