Lyndall Hewitt (MSW, RSW) is the Clinic Lead and Owner of Dorchester Counselling. She approaches counselling with a deep respect for the connection between mental, emotional, physical, and social well-being. Lyndall believes that meaningful therapeutic work begins with creating a relationship where clients feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported. Above all, she believes that therapy should be a collaborative and respectful experience. She takes the time to listen, understand each person’s unique story, and work together toward meaningful goals.

Lyndall works with children, youth, adults, and couples, and has a particular passion for supporting neurodiverse clients. She uses an integrative approach, drawing from CBT, Narrative Therapy, mindfulness, and play-based therapy to help clients build confidence, manage anxiety, develop healthy coping strategies, and better understand themselves.
