Counselling is not a one-size-fits-all process. I provide person-centred, solution-focused therapy, which is brief but effective, so that my clients get results quickly. I now offer EMDR, an evidence based practice that is highly effective in dealing with trauma, PTSD and critical incidents. Past unresolved trauma negatively affects our lives going forward.
