I have over 20 years of experience working in the mental health field. My specialty is behaviour; how it's created, maintained, and changed. Our behaviour has a part to play in anxiety, depression, parent-child conflict, addiction and stress; just to name a few. With a CBT lens, I help identify the barriers to change and how to navigate through them.
Everyone has strengths. When you find yourself in a hot mess, sometimes it can be really hard to find those strengths. My job is to remind you that you have them and to foster, and grow them. You can do hard things, I'll show you!
