I have practiced as a registered counselor in China and a registered psychotherapist (RP) in Canada. I completed a Master of Science in Psychology in China. I completed a Master of Pastoral Studies at the University of Toronto, adding a spiritual component to work with those who wish to seek consider problems in a spiritual framework.
As a growth-oriented person, I support my clients in their pursuit of meaning and use a range of techniques which includes cognitive behavioural methods, solution-focused interventions, methods that source from the narrative therapy school of thought, and other applications.
