I work with youth, adults, couples, and families who are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, ADHD, addiction, or parenting and relationship challenges. Whether you’re struggling with day-to-day stress or navigating life transitions, I provide practical, compassionate support to help you move from surviving to thriving. Sessions are available in-person (Bancroft, ON) and online across Ontario.
You don’t need a diagnosis or a clearly defined issue to reach out — counselling can help anyone feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to start.
With over 15 years of experience in counselling and addictions support, I use a collaborative approach grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused strategies, and family systems therapy. I aim to create a warm, professional, and safe space where you can explore your challenges and work toward meaningful change.
