I work with people facing challenges with intimacy, communication, or navigating sexual and gender identity. I also work with people dealing with trauma, addiction, or attachment issues, and those seeking a non-judgmental, sex-positive space for healing. I would love to help you to better understand emotions and behaviors, improve relationships, and make positive life changes. If you want a therapist who uses a collaborative and respectful approach, I will work with you to explore your inner world, heal, and grow in both personal and relational well-being.
I specialize in helping individuals and couples with intimacy, sexual and gender identity, addiction, trauma, and relationship issues. I am trained in Gottman method, integrative sex and couples therapy, and addiction counselling. I use a combined approach, primarily consisting of Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT) and Narrative Therapy.
I have always been fascinated by the way we connect and how those connections shape our lives. My work focuses on understanding how attachment issues, trauma, and struggles with addiction affect relationships and personal well-being. I'm also deeply interested in how sexually oppressive social norms influence how people experience and express their emotions.
