About

Do you suspect music holds a key to becoming the person you are here to be? I work with people of all walks of life with a wide variety of concerns, issues and desires. Let musicality be the torch that lights the dark places. Activate your creative-relational-self, the one that is not only healed and whole, but who knows where to go to bring all of yourself into the light and to give your unique gifts to the world. You are enough. You are Unique. There is a place in this world for you. The symphony of Life is waiting for your notes and rhythms.
Through my lifelong search for meaning and healing I have immersed myself in yoga, psychotherapy, wide-ranging spirituality, community-building, countless approaches to self-development and of course, music and nature. What I have found so enlivening about working musically, is that it works both the healing and actualizing together. In short, it is fun!
Sessions look very different depending on who I am working with and what each person’s intentions are. We may use songwriting, learning an instrument, music production, improvising, gestalt work, dream analysis, movement, coaching, whatever most serves the aliveness. I have a big toolbox to be put to the service of helping life have more of you.
