I specialize in helping individuals zoom out to see the true source of their stuckness and inability to attain goals. This 'not so obvious' barrier can manifest in many areas of your life; relationships, career goals, or attaining a healthy relationship with food. Life is certainly not all about being happy all of the time, but you should be waking up feeling an incredible sense of gratitude and contentment for the type of life you live now, but also feeling excited about what is yet to come. In simple terms, I coach individuals to go from good to great and have a special love for working with business owners and entrepreneurs.
I am a Level 3 Gottman therapist and very skilled in working on helping couples achieve better connection and communication. Most individuals come to see me hoping I will change others' behaviour so they won't need to feel the feelings that they are currently feeling. Unfortunately, that is not possible or realistic. I teach you what you can do instead.
I work mainly with men and women who feel very alone, whether in their current relationship or not. I love to help both men and women feel joy again by reconnecting them to their purpose, which ultimately connects them to themselves. Many individuals have strayed away from their own values and standards in order to settle, which ultimately will cause misery.
