Are you considering sex therapy, relationship support, or couples counselling? You may be struggling with a sexual concern, feeling stuck in your relationship, coping with an STI diagnosis, or wanting to explore your gender or sexuality. These things can feel hard to talk about with friends or partners, but you don’t have to go through them alone. I can support you with low desire or sexual dysfunction, easing conflict, improving communication, and building more fulfilling relationships. I also support with survivors of sexual trauma, those struggling with compulsive sexual behaviours, and people seeking gender-affirming care.

I’m an experienced psychotherapist with specialized training in sex and relationship therapy. I also support clients with compulsive sexual behaviours (“sex addiction”) and healing from sexual trauma. As part of gender-affirming care, I provide hormone and surgical readiness assessments, and I offer clinical supervision to other health professionals.

I’ve worked in mental health since 2009 and sexual health since 2010. I’m passionate about supporting healthy sexuality for everyone and offer inclusive counselling for all —with a touch of Scottish humour! I take a bio-psycho-social approach to sex therapy which means I consider the biological (body and brain), psychological (personal experiences and feelings) and sociological (our social world and wider culture) factors and provide treatment to address each.
