I work with adult individuals, couples, and people in non-monogamous relationships. I help clients unravel how their individual histories, families of origin, and gender-role socialization impact their relationships, their ability to trust themselves, to connect with their body and emotions, and to fully access joy, play, and pleasure. I also help people who are navigating life with a disability/chronic illness, people processing a new diagnosis, and people struggling with grief of any kind (non-death losses included).
My style is compassionate, relational, collaborative, & experiential. I’m committed to an anti-oppressive practice grounded in core values such as love, dignity, & inclusivity. My approach to counselling is integrative, holistic, non-pathologizing, and trauma-informed; an artist in my previous career, I bring creativity and exploration into every session.
I believe that our relationships are fundamental to our ability to thrive. Nourishing relationships, both with ourselves and others, positively impact our physical and mental wellbeing and support our sense of belonging. I invite you to share your story with me and look forward to supporting you on your journey towards love, connection, and self-discovery.

Groups
Embodied Intimacy Circle
This 8-week online group is designed for women who often feel distant or lonely in their romantic relationships and disconnected from their own desire, for reasons they can’t quite explain. Many women were taught how to stay connected to other people without learning how to connect with themselves. Embodied Intimacy Circle offers a compassionate space to explore your attachment patterns and nervous system’s response to intimacy, consent, and desire in a way that’s both actionable and deeply supportive. This group will be a cohort of maximum 10 participants. Please visit www.embodiedintimacycircle.ca for more information and to register.
