My approach to counselling is holistic, collaborative, & non-pathologizing, grounded in the knowledge that we all have an innate capacity to heal. Each of us has a unique and complex lived experience – you are the expert and author of your story. Together we will safely untangle the narratives of your past and help you rewrite the trajectory of your future.
