I am a holistic Counselling Therapist who offers somatic, creative and person-centered therapy. Maybe you experience trauma, grief, chronic illness, pain, anxiety, depression, gender dysphoria, life transitions...or maybe you're figuring out how to be yourself at all. My hope is that through gentle, warm, compassionate curiosity and collaboration, we will create solace and wellbeing. No matter who you are or what you've been through, we can meet your needs and rekindle agency. Let's create the space you need to be yourself with authenticity and peace.
My main offerings venture into the creative spaces we all have innately within us. In therapeutic settings, I often facilitate clients getting to know themselves in new ways. We can do that through conversation, expressive arts, cognitive based therapies, parts work, somatic therapy, parts work, grief therapy, and meeting each client's specific needs.
There is no one right way to be, and there is no one right way to heal. Your therapy space can reflect that, and it is my great pleasure to join with you and create a space that feels like you. Healing, growing. learning, and finding our way through life is a journey that doesn't need to be taken alone. I'm glad to be your companion.
