I provide support for people struggling with mental health or experiencing life changes (marriage, motherhood, divorce/ separation, bereavement). I am passionate about my work with children and teenagers, whom have difficulty talking about their problems. I am non-judgemental, easy to talk to and have a genuine and kind nature. I also have life experience.
