Are you currently in a situation where you need to re-route some aspects of your life? Changing habits without a skilled, compassionate guide can be tough. Or maybe you have struggled with a mental health illness such as Trauma, Addiction, Anxiety, Depression, etc. until you feel as though the problem is part of you. You want to change but are unsure how. I seek to support you as you name the problem, identify and own your strengths, plan for and implement the changes you desire for yourself. I am guided by the belief that people can and do want to change and my role as your therapist is to be your guide on the path to a better you.
I take a systemic perspective that considers and honors the various factors that influence each client’s lived experiences and their effects on wellness. We focus on your strengths and build confidence in your ability to achieve your goals. I am skilled in several evidence-based, outcome-informed approaches and together we select one that fits best for you.
My training, life, and work experiences have taught me to value respect, trust, feeling heard and understood without judgment. I offer the same to all those I work with irrespective of their identity. I work with individuals 16 years+, couples, and families. Call me for a free 15-minute phone consultation to help decide if I am the right therapist for you.

I will hear and validate your story and how it makes you feel. Once I know what brought you in, together we select an empirical therapy that is a fit for you. For trauma, I like to start with Radical Exposure Tapping because when it works, it is the fast route & many clients see a lifting of symptoms in 3 to 4 sessions. If RET is not right for you, we will select from other empirical therapies.
