Life’s challenges can sometimes feel overwhelming, leaving us uncertain about how to move forward. I am here to walk alongside my clients on their journey toward healing, self-discovery, and personal growth. Practicing from integrative approach, I strive to tailor evidence-based techniques to meet unique healing and support needs. I am trained in EMDR, which I incorporate to help clients process trauma and other distressing experiences effectively. When working with children, I use play therapy to create a supportive and engaging environment where they can safely express themselves and navigate challenges.

My therapeutic work spans a variety of client groups, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. In addition to therapy, I also provide psychological assessments to help clients better understand their mental health and identify areas for growth and support.

Creating a safe, inclusive, and collaborative environment is my priority. I honor the diverse cultural identities and lived experiences my clients bring into therapy. I believe that together we build the tools to foster resilience, self-awareness, and fulfillment.
