As human beings life exposes us to many ups and downs, and the presence, support and genuine empathy of a trained mental health therapist can be a beneficial ally to us in riding the waves of life. Since it is my passion to be of service to others by creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere that supports happiness, wellbeing and healing in a holistic manner, I offer personalized psychotherapy, counselling, Ayurvedic Yoga therapy and employee-wellness and workplace-health services to individuals and groups seeking support to overcome structural, interpersonal, mental, emotional, physical and/or spiritual challenges.
My mind-body approach integrates practical tools, modern psychological theories and ancient wisdom to help you connect with your inner wisdom, resources and strengths within a cross-cultural manner. This compassionate process facilitates a sense of peace, balance, clarity, and happiness with the essence of who you are, and with the world around you.
In addition, the science of Ayurveda and the Yoga philosophy are integrated within my tailored and personalized approach to group and individual psychotherapy, retreats, and/or workplace wellness events/workshops. This helps restore balance and a connection between mind and body while respecting each persons uniqueness (soul) within an interconnected world.
