Making the decision to pursue therapy for yourself, child, family, or relationship is a brave one, and the first step in the healing journey. I view therapy as two people sitting together, each an expert in our own lives, and my job is to help you live a full meaningful life, whatever that looks like for you! Working with children and families I see us as a team. I was born, and raised in Lacombe County, and have a passion for helping my community, including those who live in rural areas, in Central Alberta it’s a small world and a small bunch of communities we live in! I assure confidentiality with all my clients!

I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) in my practice which focuses on being present, opening up, and doing what matters. I also work with children, adolescents and families using various techniques such as, Nervous System Work, Play, Art, and Nature Based Therapies with all ages! I also provide group therapies and professional speaking services.
