I am a Registered Psychologist who works individually with adults (19+) who are experiencing posttraumatic stress, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and relational issues. I specialize in LGBTQIA2+ health, and work from an anti-oppression framework to provide the best care possible for folks belonging to marginalized groups. I am seeing clients both in person and over video or phone, and will continue to update here as the situation changes.
I use an empathy- and EMDR approach tailored to fit each client’s specific needs. My training is rooted in EMDR, client-centered approaches, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and trauma counselling. I also have professional training in Cognitive Processing Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
