About
Do you feel lonely in a crowd of people, feeling like you have had opportunity to make connections but have found it so hard in the moment to do anything but feel anxious or escape from the situation? Are you someone who feels like you’ve been placed in the middle of two seemingly opposing identities, gay and straight, racially white and black, cis and trans, social and isolated? Are you someone or are you a couple longing to build deeper connections to self and others and feeling like this is an impossibility? Are you finding yourself stuck in the same arguments, emotions and thoughts that make happiness feel so distance?
I can support you in strengthening your interpersonal relationships and your relationship with yourselves. I recognize your unique story and the complexity it brings and I want to offer a safe place to share and to heal. I practice from an attachment-focused, trauma-sensitive and anti-oppressive lens. I have a background in drama-therapy and ADHD support.
To make it to the point where you are willing to reach out for support is a courageous act. You're one step closer to getting the support you deserve. I would love to be a part of your journey and offer my skills and care to you to support you in attaining your goals. If you are feeling ready, please reach out to me. Let's chat about the possibilities.
