I start from the belief that no one understands what you've lived through better than you. So instead of assuming I already know what your feelings mean or offering quick fixes for problems that don't have a quick fix I act as support in this process of self-understanding and reflection, helping you develop a perspective on your life that makes sense to you.
Together, we will look at how you relate to your past and where your beliefs come from, whether they still make sense for what you want to build.
