Weekday evening and Saturday availability - In collaboration counselling and therapy participants are invited to identify and prioritize topics to explore. Your topics may include discovering identities, values, strengths, awareness, unlearning and healing from self-identified harmful experiences. Our work can begin at various points and include internal and interpersonal experiences. Within the development of a trusted therapeutic relationship you can be with your thoughts, feelings and frustration(s). We work in collaboration toward living aligned within your values and strategies for misalignment.
As a helper (therapist), I offer an environment for awareness, healing and growth. I do so by facilitating an integrated approach informed by values of person-centred, narrative, acceptance commitment and solutions-focused therapies. You'll experience a dynamic that addresses individual, social and collective experiences and influences.
As a non-judgmental and empathetic therapist, I collaborate with you in exploring your goals, challenges and opportunities for awareness. I've worked with a spectrum of folks who align with various neuro/gender/sexual/disable/cultural identities, relationship styles, financial/safety needs, anti-capitalist and non-heteronormative values.
