Hi there, I'm Lubin! As a psychological associate licensed in Ontario, I work with adults navigating neurodiversity, anxiety, depression, grief, eating disorders, interpersonal and adjustment-related difficulties. Having worked in adult psychiatry, community mental health and private practice, I have experience connecting with people from diverse social and cultural backgrounds. The heart of my practice is always building a warm, trusting partnership with each of my clients. I approach every person's situation with care and thoughtfulness, and I'm committed to helping you find a path forward that feels right for you.
In our sessions, my goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore what you are facing. Through dialogue, reflection and skill-building exercises, we'll work together to find strategies that are practical and personal to you, using evidence-based approaches like Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical-Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
Starting therapy can be an intimidating step, and I want to acknowledge that it takes courage to be vulnerable and open up to someone new. My hope is that you will reach out to me all the same.
