I use an empathetic,collaborative approach & best practice, evidence-based modalities,including but not limited to; Brain-Spotting, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, DBT: Distress tolerance & Interpersonal Effectiveness Skills, Solution-Focus Brief Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Therapeutic Play & Child behaviour consultation.
My office is a safe space where together we can look at what's troubling you, work through mental blocks, explore unhelpful patterns of thought and behavior, and begin a process of change.
