Redbird Therapy Centre is committed to ensuring economic accessibility for quality psychotherapy services. We provide trauma-informed care for a number of mental health needs - depression, anxiety, addiction, esteem, body image, school and career choices, sexuality and gender identity questions, and experiences of trauma. Each year we have Therapists-in-Training providing low-cost therapy, based on a sliding scale model, available year round. HINDI, URDU, TAMIL & ENGLISH services available in 2025-2026.
Each Therapist-in-Training brings a unique blend of experience, training, and passions to their work with you. All Therapists-in-Training are supervised by Barbara Brown, RP, MTS.
