Together, we can explore challenges, create goals and determine the best therapeutic modality to suit your needs, values and unique perspective. A strong therapeutic alliance between therapist and client is the cornerstone of the work we do together, so honesty and safety is key.
I believe there are several factors in our journey together. The client–therapist relationship, clients’ motivation to attend and clients embracing change and countering resistance. As an eclectic therapist, I believe there can be several modalities to tackle your presenting concerns. Focusing on one goal at a time, & tracking progress, we can find your fit.
