I have lived experience as a biracial person, partner and parent whose identity encompasses both my ancestral and lived experiences.
I also engage in ongoing learning about how to support the mental health of neurodivergent clients and their loved ones that is supported by my own lived experience. I believe the greatest gift of therapy is having a safe space to grow. Let's do that together.
