I am also a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists in Ontario. I believe the therapeutic alliance between you and your therapist is essential for success. Therefore, my therapy approach is based on your needs and views. My main goal is to provide an inclusive, safe, non-judgmental and empathic place to help you explore the challenges you may be experiencing.
I believe in acknowledging the impact of our social structures in our lives to help people recognize their strengths and value in this world. Every person is deserving of dignity and respect. I work with teens, adolescents and adults experiencing trouble with life's issues, such as life transitions, trauma, self-esteem, anxiety and relationship issues.
