As a Registered Psychotherapist, I enjoy helping adults and couples work through relational issues, anxiety, and life transitions. My approach is integrative and collaborative—I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), DBT, CBT, and am expanding my practice with training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and EMDR (in progress).

Therapy with me takes place in a private, serene office located in my home. It’s designed to feel calming, and supportive—where all parts of you are welcome. Whether you're navigating challenges in relationships, feeling overwhelmed by emotions, or seeking deeper self-understanding, I meet you where you are and walk with you toward clarity and connection.
