Hello and welcome to my profile. My name is Kailey Tufford and I am an experienced clinical social worker specializing in the treatment of eating disorders for adolescents, adults and their families. I hold a Masters degree in Social Work from Windsor University and a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Ryerson University and have international experience focused on eating disorders in the UK and Australia. I am experienced in providing psychotherapy for individuals managing body image concerns as well as any co-occuring anxiety, depression, trauma, emotion regulation, and life transitions.
My speciality is Eating Disorders treatment which I approach utilizing a variety of treatment modalities including CBT-E, FBT, CBT, DBT, CPT and Mindfulness to meet the diverse and unique needs of those I work with. Providing a safe and engaging space for individuals working to better themselves and their life experiences is most important to my practice.
I will always strive to provide support, guidance, skills and confidence to those I have the privilege of working with. It is my top priority to support each individual in meeting the personal goals that are most important to them and their journey through a trusting therapeutic relationship and safe space.
