In our sessions, you can expect a friendly and down-to-earth approach. We can discuss whatever is bothering you or your child, create a deeper understanding, and build confidence.

Working together, we will explore what fuels you, as well as what holds you back. I see both youth and adults, with a particular interest in personal development. We can discuss how you care for yourself and others, as well as what experiences have shaped these responses. Together, we will focus on the results you want to see in your own life.
