My clients are those who are those struggling with relationships and relational awareness, communication skills and people who are part of the Polyamory/ENM/Kink/2SLGBTQ+ communities because that's who I am. I have over 15yrs of practical experience in that community and I can help guide those who are new and experienced.
I offer a deeply authentic, relational approach grounded in lived experience. I’m direct, transparent, and willing to help you notice the ways you might be getting in your own way—without judgment or shame.
My style is collaborative, client-centered, and trauma-informed. I’ll meet you with respect and care, but I’m also not afraid to ask the questions that help you see new choices and possibilities.
Therapy with me is deeply human. It’s not something I do to you, but something we create together - at your pace with honesty and compassion.
My approach is authentic and relational. I’m direct, but never shaming, and I help you see patterns you may be missing. I believe honest language—including the occasional “fuck”—helps us get real.
