I am a Registered Social Worker with over 15 years of experience working with children, youth and adults who present with challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment, addiction, self-esteem and self-worth, stress, grief and loss, relationship issues and life transitions. I believe that every person is unique and together we will work to develop a treatment plan and strategies that work best for you. Providing a caring, compassionate and safe space for my clients, will help to foster a greater understanding of oneself and make positive changes.
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy and mindfulness techniques. I also provide trauma-informed, attachment-focused treatment and incorporate neuroscience, as well as other frameworks, in the work that I do with clients.
