Mindfulness and Relationships - A Group for Women
This is a ONLINE closed group, 8 weeks in duration, looking at the relational patterns that show up in women's lives, often tied to patterns developed in childhood. Using mindfulness and trauma informed practice, women will explore how these patterns show up in the 'here and now', often causing pain. With compassion and curiousity, women will support each other in a journey to better understand their behaviour and choose new ways of connecting with others.
