Inspired by the enduring words of The Tragically Hip, “No dress rehearsal, this is our life,” our therapeutic space is built on the belief that every single day matters. There’s no script, no second take—just the raw, real, beautiful truth of living.
Life isn’t always easy. PTSD, trauma, anxiety, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm can weigh heavily, making it hard to see a way forward. But you’re not alone. I’m here to walk beside you, not in front, not behind, but with you.
My mission is grounded in empathy, lived experience, and a deep belief that healing begins when someone meets you where you are.
I work from a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) framework, helping clients identify and shift patterns of thoughts, feelings, and behavior that may no longer serve them. I also draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities, including:
1. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR): A powerful, structured method for helping you process trauma.
2. Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT): Building skills for emotional regulation and navigating difficult relationships.
3. Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT): Supporting trauma recovery through reframing core beliefs.
4. Mindfulness strategies: Cultivating present-moment awareness and self-compassion.
