About me: I am a kid and dog mom. I love to be outside and I love the water. I have worked passionately in adult and children’s mental health throughout my career.
I have experience working with anxiety, depression, PTSD, sexual abuse histories, stress, ADHD, family relationship difficulties and a multitude of other concerns. I am here to provide services free of judgment and here to support and help. I have spent numerous years utilizing CBT, DBT and attachment focused therapies. I am also EMDR trained for trauma.
