I have 25+ years experience helping people manage mental health issues such as (but not limited to) complex childhood trauma, anxiety, depression, perinatal & postpartum, life transitions, grief & loss. I am also a certified clinical supervisor, currently registered to supervise registered and qualifying CRPO registrants.
