Hello, I’m Lori‑Ann, a Social Worker and counsellor with over eight years of experience supporting women in diverse social service settings.
My approach is hope‑based and solution‑focused, tailored to each person’s needs. Originally from Jamaica and now in Canada, I draw on my lived and professional experience to support women healing from domestic and intimate partner violence.
My coaching offers a gentle, collaborative space to explore goals, rebuild confidence, and move forward with clarity and intention.
Here to help you process your experience, start healing, find the answers within, and change for your future. We use various modalities, such as strength-based, solution-focused, and client-centred care. Your "plan" is created through a bio-psycho-social lens with you in our first few sessions and is flexible to be adapted as needed.
