I am a Registered Social Worker with almost fifteen years of experience working with youth, adults, and families. I wholeheartedly value individuality and you will feel respected in this space. I support individuals experiencing depression or anxiety, grief and trauma, relationship challenges, youth with school avoidance, and those caring for loved ones with physical illness or mental health.
