I specialize in the art of relationship—with ourselves and with others. I work with individuals, couples, and groups who are ready to transform personal and interpersonal challenges into deep growth and healing. I welcome all people and relationships, including those that identify as LGBTQIA2S+, non-monogamous, kink, racialized, neurodivergent, creative, and/or professional. My approach is trauma-informed, somatic (body-based), and rooted in social justice. My hope is that you feel deeply supported and empowered with the self-understanding, inner resources, and practical skills needed to thrive in life and relationships.

For individuals, I offer Internal Family Systems (IFS) and life coaching to support personal growth and healing. IFS can deepen your relationship with your inner parts—supporting identity exploration, trauma recovery, and more. Coaching provides practical strategies for organization and life visioning, so you can plan your next steps in life or career.

For couples, families, and community or professional groups, I am a certified Relational Life (RLT) therapist. I provide a direct yet compassionate approach to help you improve communication, transform harmful dynamics, move through repair, build lasting connection, and nurture resilient relationships.
