Many of the people I work with come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure where to begin. I help teens and adults better understand themselves, manage anxiety, and create meaningful change. My approach is warm, grounded, and collaborative, focused on building trust and helping you feel seen and supported. I often work with clients who are neurodivergent, including ADHD or Autism, and want a space where they can be accepted without judgment while learning practical tools to improve balance and well-being.
My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by personal and family experiences with mental health, as well as a lifelong curiosity about people and what helps them heal. This work gives me a sense of purpose and connection. I believe therapy is most effective when it feels genuine and when you feel safe to be yourself.
I take an integrative, client centered approach drawing from CBT, DBT, and trauma informed practices. In our work together, we focus on building emotional regulation, executive functioning skills, and self compassion. My goal is to help you create balance, insight, and lasting positive change.
