About
I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist providing psychotherapy to children, adults, and couples within the Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, and Parkland County area including Onoway, Drayton Valley, and Wabumun (virtual appointments available). I enjoy working with rural populations and interdisciplinary health care teams. My areas of interest include ADHD in children and adults, emotional regulation, personality disorders and their impact on families, depression, anxiety, complex grief, relationships, trauma, psycho-education, health provider mental health, COVID-19, and interactions between physiological and psychological health.
I enjoy helping clients explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences to considering how these shape their core underlying beliefs, impact their success and influence their happiness. This helps them identify unhelpful patterns, realize healthier ways of thinking, incorporate these into their behaviours, and improve their quality of life.
I enjoy seeing clients grow and create the happiness they deserve. If you are looking for a therapist who is sincere, compassionate, and direct, I would be honored to help you navigate life’s challenges, and share your journey as you work toward your best, most fulfilled self. I genuinely look forward to hearing from you.
