I bring over a decade of experience in the mental health field, supported by 8.5 years of university and four years of clinical training. My background includes working in addiction and mental health, counselling children/youth, and supporting parents in the perinatal period. I am currently taking additional training to specialize in perinatal mental health.
I know that taking the first step and reaching out for help can feel daunting however, you don't have to go through this alone. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgemental space where you can feel understood, supported, and empowered to make meaningful change. Together, we will work at a pace that feels right for you.
