Our goal at London Tree is to make mental health & wellness accessible to more people, which is why London Tree has a more flexible and creative approach to counselling. Our clinical lead Dr. Jassal firmly believes in a strong client-centred approach wherein individuals feel empowered to approach counselling or life coaching through a wellness-centric model that is best suited to them. Dr. Jassal works with clients of all age groups, sexualities, ethnicities, and disabilities. Dr. Jassal works with a limited number of clients to ensure she has the time and capacity to dedicate an ethos of care to all.
Specialisation: trauma, grief and loss · art & play therapy approaches for children (3-12 years); youth (13-24 years); and adults ) struggling with anxiety, depression and trauma related stress · life transitions (birth(s), separation, divorce, career change & more) · chronic fatigue and pain · pet loss . CBT with older adults · mindfulness based CBT · gestalt and humanitarian psychology · neuropsychology
