From a young age I have had a desire to hear people's stories and have loved to connect with children, teens, adults and families. I hope sessions feel like conversations that allow people the opportunity to feel safe in rereading what has already been written, be curious of the the chapter they are writing and authentically show up in the world and their relationships with themselves and with others. I can help with behavioral issues, burn out, anxiety, depression, peer relationships, self-esteem, stress and other presenting challenges.
For clients to experience the outcomes they desire they first need to be able to connect authentically with the person they are choosing to share their story with. Please reach out by text or email and I would love to set up a phone call to answer any questions you may have!
