I help you move forward by creating a safe, grace-filled space where we combine Scripture with Emotionally Focused Therapy, Gottman Method, CBT, ACT, and DBT. Together we strengthen emotional regulation, rebuild healthy communication, resolve conflict, and navigate sex therapy or gender-related concerns with honesty and compassion.
